BSR Real Estate Investment Trust is paying $53 million for the Wimberly apartments at 4141 Horizon North Parkway in Far North Dallas. The 372-unit rental community is near the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Bush Turnpike and was built in 1995 with average monthly rents of more than $1,100. BSR Real Estate is based in Canada.
A Dallas investor purchased Enchanted Hills, a 229-unit apartment complex at 7963 Villa Cliff Drive in Dallas near White Rock Lake. Al Silva and Ford Braly of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant leased a 30,000-square-foot site in the Wynnewood Village shopping center at West Illinois and Zang Boulevard in Dallas. Jack Weir, Kendall Ibsen and David Levinson of the Retail Connection negotiated the lease with Venture Commercial.
Kinloch Equipment & Supply Inc. leased 16,963 square feet of industrial space at 763-765 109th Street in Arlington. Corby Hodgkiss of Mercer Co. negotiated the lease with John Brewer of Transwestern.
